Residents at an Andover care home have proved that age is no barrier to having fun after joining family members and staff for an afternoon filled with foam, laughter and plenty of smiles.

The Arbory Residential Home hosted a foam party this week, bringing residents, their loved ones and members of the care team together for an activity that was a little different from the usual care home entertainment.
Foam filled the air as those taking part embraced the unusual experience, creating a lively atmosphere and plenty of memorable moments for residents and their families.
The event also provided an opportunity for relatives to spend quality time with residents while sharing an activity designed to bring everyone together.
Staff at The Arbory said the afternoon was enjoyed by residents, families and the care team alike, with the home’s Deputy Manager summing up the occasion simply: “It was so much fun!!!!!!!”

Special thanks were given to Kevin Rush and Andover Community Events for helping to make the foam party possible and bringing the experience to the home.
Activities such as the foam party offer residents an opportunity to try something different while enjoying time with the people closest to them.
For The Arbory, the afternoon was ultimately about having fun together – and with smiles, laughter and foam in abundance, residents showed that you really are never too old for a foam party.
