Andover Armed Forces Day (AAFD) will see the popular Dive Tank return along with a host of other treasures on Sunday 24th June.

The Dive Tank attracted a large crowd of watchers at the 2017 event and expected to draw them again this year.

Two combat JCBs along with a hot air balloon, an armoured vehicle and RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) will also be on display for the expected crowds.

RIBs are designed for operations on the open sea and in coastal waters and used by The Royal Marines, SBS and SAS Boat Troop for a range of roles, including Maritime Counter Terrorism (MCT), ship-boarding, counter-piracy and counter-narcotics.

There will also be mine clearance demonstrations and a Treasure Search for the youngsters at the family event along with Paintball Target Practise.
