Car enthusiasts across the region are being invited to dust off their pride and joy as Shift Social’s hugely popular Morning Meets return this March.

Taking place on Sunday 22nd March 2026 from 8:30am to 11:00am, the first meet of the year promises a relaxed morning of cars, coffee and combustion-fuelled conversation. Hosted at The Lion (full venue details provided upon registration), the event marks the start of a new season, with meets continuing on the third Sunday of every month.
Following growing demand last year, organisers have extended the timings for 2026, giving attendees even more opportunity to admire the machinery, connect with fellow enthusiasts and hear about exciting plans for upcoming automotive events.
Shift Social has rapidly grown into a thriving local car community, known not just for its impressive line-up of vehicles but also for its welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. From modern performance cars to cherished classics, the Morning Meets celebrate all things automotive — with plenty of petrol-powered chat guaranteed.
However, these meets are about more than just horsepower.
Shift Social proudly supports Naomi House & Jacksplace, a hospice charity providing expert hospice care to children and young adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. Thanks to the incredible generosity of members, attendees and sponsors, the community raised an impressive £5,204 last year for the charity.
Organisers are hoping to go even further in 2026.
A spokesperson for Shift Social said the community spirit behind the events continues to be the driving force behind their success, combining a shared passion for cars with a commitment to making a real difference locally.
Those wishing to attend are encouraged to register in advance via the Shift Social website to secure their spot and access full event details, including the venue location and future meet dates.

With bigger crowds expected, extended hours and a strong charitable focus, Shift Social’s 2026 Morning Meets look set to start the motoring calendar in style.
