The Chantry centre beach
The Chantry beach has everything you’ll need to have fun this summer; sand, shopping, games, competitions and prizes.
Every Monday in August, from 11am – 4pm, the upper mall in the centre will become home to a Chantry Beach bonaza with lots of fun free activities for all of the family.

Bumps, Babies & Beyond – World Breastfeeding Week Celebrations
This week we will be celebrating World Breastfeeding Week! Bumps, Babies and Beyond Group from 10am till 11:30am at Andover YMCA every Tuesday mornings! This brilliant new group will also be running all year round including non-term time. Come and join us!

Clancy the Clumsy Lizard Craft and Storytelling for 3-5 yr olds

Running fast is fun thinks Clancy, but not when you keep bumping into things!
Come and make lizard blowers and then use them to help me tell the story of Clancy the Clumsy Lizard.
This is a fun interactive workshop is suitable for ages 3-5 years (must be accompanied by an adult, included in ticket price)

A day trip
John from The Artroom has organised a Visit to The National Gallery, London. He will be at the Sainsbury Wing entrance door at midday, 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm. He invites us to look at a few pictures, enjoy the art, browse the shop, and possibly a cup of coffee . You can find out more about The Artroom in Andover, here
Princess Days at The Tea Cosy
10.30-12.00.
(Characters will visit from 10.45-11.45).
During that hour Princesses will greet guests at each individual table with time for photos, autographs and time to get to know each guest. Following this will be story time, and live sing-along. Guests can enjoy a choice of drinks plus themed cakes and biscuits
£12 per guest must be booked in advance.
What is the Prize? £20! Plus many runner up prizes. What are the Rules? Open to 5 -15 year olds. Must be the original work of the entrant. A fictional piece of creative writing wanted about a character found in the Museum. The historical elements must be correct using information found in the Museum!

Andover Shilling Fair 2018
On 12 August 2018, Andover High Street will come to life at Andover Shilling Fair – an unmissable free day out celebrating the town’s Georgian heritage.
Andover’s stunning Georgian streets will come alive with a programme bursting with colourful street performers, Regency dancers, The Dandy Chargers, horse and carriage rides, street performers, themed market stalls, interactive heritage tours, face painting, traditional fairground rides, donkey rides, local musicians and free fun hands-on family crafts.

St Nicholas Church Fyfield Annual Fete
Traditional Village Fete in the water meadows and church approaches. Eat from the BBQ, buy a drink from the Bar, listen to the band and have afternoon tea. Take part in all the activities including a Dog Show, bring your pooches, the famous Duck Race, Wellie Wanging and others.
