A four-day charity walk along the Test Way has raised £58,000 for the MS Society’s Stop MS Appeal.

Jessica Fincham, 50, from North Hampshire, led the Multiple Steps for Multiple Sclerosis (MS4MS) challenge with around 30 people joining each day and 15 completing the full route. The group covered 51 miles from Totton to Inkpen between Thursday 18 and Sunday 21 September.
Jessica, who was diagnosed with MS in 2015 at the age of 40, previously raised £60,000 for the MS Society in 2019.
Jessica said:
“It has been an incredible 4 days and I am overwhelmed that so many people came out to walk alongside me. 51 miles of the Test Way and £58,000 later we are tired but so proud of what we have achieved together. A massive thank you to all our walkers and supporters!”
Mark Haymes, Head of Community and Events Fundraising at the MS Society, said the support helps the charity get closer to its £100 million Stop MS Appeal target, adding that the generosity of fundraisers like Jessica makes a real difference for the 150,000+ people in the UK living with MS.
