Green-fingered residents and curious newcomers alike are in for a blooming good day as the Andover Gardening Fair returns to the town centre on Sunday 18 May 2025.

Running from 10am to 3pm on Andover High Street, this popular annual event transforms the town into a hub of horticultural inspiration – featuring plants, garden tools, local produce, and eco-friendly gifts from a wide variety of local traders.
Visitors can expect a day packed with vibrant stalls, live entertainment, and hands-on activities for all ages. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just looking to brighten up your window box, there’s something for everyone.
Organised by the Andover BID team in conjunction with Test Valley Borough Council as part of their efforts to boost the town’s community spirit and local economy, the event has become a firm favourite in the local calendar.
Alongside the stalls, there’ll be:
- Craft activities for children
- Live music performances
- Delicious food and drink vendors
- Opportunities to learn from local growers and makers
A spokesperson for Andover BID said:
“The Gardening Fair is always such a positive, colourful day in the town. It brings together local businesses and residents in a way that celebrates community, sustainability, and the joy of getting outdoors.”
Previous years have seen thousands attend, and with the event growing in popularity, this year is expected to be even bigger.
