Test Valley Borough Council, in partnership with Job Centre Plus, Andover Chamber of Commerce, and Sparsholt College Group, will host the Andover Job Fair on Wednesday 11 June at The Lights Theatre in Andover.

The event runs from 9.30am to 12.30pm and is open to all members of the public, offering an accessible route to new career paths, returning to work, or exploring fresh challenges.
Attendees can drop in on the day without the need to book. A wide variety of employers will be present, including:

- The Army
- Aureos Infrastructure Services
- Bluebird Care
- BP Rolls
- Caremark Test Valley
- Enham Trust
- Hampshire Police
- Ocado Logistics
- Ocado Engineering
- Perfect Bore Manufacturing
- Purple Oak
- Royal Navy
- Scottish and Southern Electricity
- Test Valley Borough Council
- Twinings
- Venture Security
Recruitment agencies Abacus and Active Staff will also be on hand, alongside Unity, which will provide information about volunteering opportunities. Itchen College will be present to offer details on skills bootcamp courses available across Hampshire.

The fair also includes free one-on-one advice sessions for job seekers, covering:
- CV Writing – with Matt Sheerin from After the Military
- Interview Skills – with Kavita Malhotra from LDG Training
- Transferable Skills – with Paula Bedford from the Education Development Trust
- LinkedIn Profiles – with staff from Andover College
Councillor Phil North, Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, said:

The 2023 event saw at least 10 job offers made, highlighting its positive impact on local employment.
