Children in Need – Andover

BBC Children In Need has raised more than £37 million following its 40th anniversary show. The programme was presented by Giedroyc, Alex Scott, Stephen Mangan and Chris Ramsey.

Opening the programme, Scott said: “You may be at home again, but you are not alone. “Together we can get through this and more importantly, together, we can help change lives.

Despite the lockdown some local people still managed to have fun and raise some money for Children in Need.

Jiggly Wrigglers in Andover held an fun packed session morning on Zoom to raise money for Children In Need.

Alice Kew who runs the group in Andover encouraged local parents who signed up with their little ones , “Wear your brightest colours, your Pudsey clothing, or fancy dress”

Enham Village Post office and shop, had a whole day of spotty fun, with the staff dressing up, selling spotty cupcakes and holding a guess the amount of smarties in the jar competition.

Leslie said, “What a fun day we had, Thank you for all your support, we have raised £156.08 for Children in Need.
