Parents and carers in Andover are warmly invited to attend the NCT Andover Baby Café, a free, friendly drop-in session offering expert support with all aspects of infant feeding.
Led by qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellors, these weekly sessions provide a relaxed and welcoming environment where families can access trusted advice, encouragement and reassurance—whether they are preparing to feed their baby or navigating the different stages of feeding.
Attendees can simply drop in without booking and will find a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly space designed to support both parents and babies.
Visitors to the Baby Café can expect:
- A warm welcome in a relaxed, supportive environment
- The opportunity to meet and connect with other local parents
- Free, accessible support for all families
- Guidance from qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellors
- Reliable, evidence-based information on:
- Breastfeeding (starting, establishing and continuing)
- Expressing and combination feeding
- Formula feeding
- Introducing solids
- Stopping breastfeeding
- Signposting to additional services, including health professionals, local community support and NCT groups
The sessions are open to anyone seeking support with infant feeding, regardless of feeding method or stage.
