Emergency services have been called to Black Swan Yard in Andover following reports of smoke coming from the former Marks & Spencer building.

Police officers and firefighters are currently at the scene responding to the incident.
Smoke has reportedly been seen coming from the building, although the cause and extent of the incident are not yet known.
There are also unconfirmed reports that shops located close to or backing onto the former Marks & Spencer building are being evacuated as a precaution. However, this has not yet been officially confirmed by emergency services.
The former Marks & Spencer premises, located in Andover town centre, have been vacant since the retailer closed its doors.
Love Andover has contacted Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service for further information about the incident and to establish the circumstances surrounding the emergency response.
It is not yet known whether anyone has been injured or if the incident has caused any disruption to surrounding businesses.
This is a developing story, and Love Andover will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
