Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) have received a planning proposal for “change of use from public house to dwelling” for the George Inn at Thruxton.
Received on Thursday 10th August, planning permission was refused last year for a pair of semi detached houses in April 2016.
The property was advertised as a “5 bedroom pub for sale” on the Rightmove property website with a price tag of around £500,000 and listed “to be sold by Public Auction on 8th December 2016.”
