A power failure has hit the Enham Arch area of Andover with Tesco and the retail park reportedly affected.
Reports are that homes on River Way, Cricketers Way and Roman Way are without power along with the traffic lights at Enham Arch.
Power is expected to be back on for 2:00pm according to the SSE website.

Power has reportedly now been restored.
