Andover New Street had the day off and saw Christchurch move six points clear at the top of Division One whilst Whitchurch picked up a point in a one all draw at New Milton.

Stockbridge lost 3-1 at home to Sway.

Weather permitting Whitchurch are due to entertain Downton on Monday evening whilst Andover Town travel to Bournemouth Poppies on Tuesday.

Town  now have a fourteen point lead at the top of the table and promotion is theirs to lose, so to speak, after the crucial victory yesterday when one could say it was a case of “Cometh the Hour,  cometh the Man(ny)
