Hampshire Police are appealing for information after jewellery and an air rifle were stolen during a burglary in Romsey.

It took place sometime between 11am and 2.20pm on Friday, February 24 at a house in Chilworth Road.

The homeowners were out at the time of the burglary and the offender(s) gained entry via a window at the rear of the house. They then stole jewellery, including watches, and a .22 air rifle.

An investigation is underway and Police would like to hear from anyone with information, particularly people who were in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious.
