Parent Spark Stay and Play in Andover
Parents in Andover are invited to come along to a welcoming Stay and Play session hosted by Parent Spark this October.
Taking place on Monday 12 October 2026 from 12.30pm until 2pm, the session will be held at Augusta Park Community Centre East on Anton Farm Road.
Parent Spark provides a peer support space for parents who want to learn more about their mental health while spending time with others who may be experiencing similar challenges.
The group aims to provide a relaxed and welcoming environment with no judgement and no pressure to have everything together, encouraging parents to simply come along as they are.
Parent Spark is a peer support group and is not run by trained mental health professionals. The group provides an opportunity for parents to connect with others, talk, listen and find support within the local community.
