Jamaican Kitchen will officially celebrate the opening of its new permanent base inside The SP Bar in Andover with a Grand Opening Party on Saturday, 20th September 2025.
The event will run from 5pm until 1am at the SP Bar on Bridge Street, promising an evening filled with Caribbean flavour and atmosphere.
The celebration will feature authentic Jamaican dishes, freshly cooked and grilled, alongside a wide selection of drinks from the bar. Guests can also expect a lively soundtrack of Jamaican music to capture the spirit of the island.
A spokesperson for Jamaican Kitchen said: “We’ve had an amazing journey so far and are incredibly excited to finally have a permanent home in the heart of Andover. This party is our way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported us and to celebrate the food, music and community spirit that make Jamaican culture so special.”
Jamaican Kitchen, which was previously located at the rear of the Rock House, has now secured a permanent home at The SP Bar. The move marks an important step forward for the business, giving customers a central location to enjoy its popular food and culture.
Organisers say the evening will not only showcase the new venue but also celebrate the vibrancy and energy of Caribbean cuisine and hospitality.
