KIDS: Design your own fire engine

Andover 31 Fire Engine Comepetition

With the news of the schools closing and the current coronavirus situation the team at Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service on London Road have launched a brilliant competition for kids.

Andover 31 at Andover Fire Station say they would like “to bring the community of Andover and the surrounding villages together.”

“But don’t worry, this won’t cause anyone to break any social distancing rules”.

The kind-hearted firefighters have a competition to “get kids being creative” with a chance to create their own fire appliance.

The first prize is a stunning fire engine bed. They have suppleed a template or children can draw their own Fire Appliance creation!

The team say children must include their first name and age on their entires. When their creation is complete you are asked to take a photo and private message the Andover Fire Station Facebook page here with their creation.

This competition is open for 4 weeks until 17th April (more details below).

Children can keep their creative energies flowing and can enter as many times as they like.

Once the competition is closed Andover31 will select their favourites to be voted for on social media, the voting will be on until the 24th of April. The winners will then be selected.
