During the pandemic, Shaun and his team from Swift Cars taxi company have been offering discounts to NHS staff and filled their time by delivering essential items to the elderly and vulnerable members of the Bourne Valley community. Now swift cars have offered to support vulnerable people to access their vaccinations free of charge.
This year has had a huge affect on small businesses but we are all in it together. Swift Cars has been operating since 2007, the taxi firm is a small family run business who mainly offer school councils for the local council and airport runs.
Shaun told Andover radio 95.5fm “We have been relatively lucky to still be able to operate our school contracts for the children on key workers who still need to travel to school but most of our airport work has dried up” Shaun went on to say “We just want to help people out who need it most”
Swift cars are offering FREE transport to local people who need to get their vaccinations.
Shaun told Andover Radio “We are also happy yo help vulnerable people who need their shopping or prescriptions collecting or with food parcels if anyone is struggling to feed their family. When the world is back to ‘normal’ we will be offering discounts to NHS and care home workers for their airport runs”
