Andover Ladies’ Rugby are seeking more to join their their teams.
The team are hosting an event so you can find out more about Touch Rugby on Wednesday 29th January at 19:15, at Andover RFC based at Foxcotte Park.
Andover Rugby Club Ladies Team have recently formed a Contact X7’s team and are seeking more, eager players to continue developing, potentially growing to teams of 15 in the future.
A spokesperson said, “Are you looking for a social and fun new sport to get involved in for the new year? Touch Rugby is a fast, fun and dynamic game that will help improve your fitness.
“So ladies, come and join Andover Ladies’ Touch at Andover RFC at 7.15pm on a Tuesday evening, everyone welcome regardless of fitness and skill level.”
Whether you’ve never played before, or are looking for a new team to play for, every ability is welcome to explore opportunities.
If you’d like to give it a go, join them on Wednesday 29th January at 19:15, at Andover RFC.

Ideally please wear sports clothing and bring a water bottle> They add that you don’t have to worry if you’ve not got rugby boots – they have some spares… or trainers are fine
If you are interested in playing but can’t come this Wednesday, the team trains every Tuesday (Touch/non-contact Rugby) and Wednesday (Contact Rugby) from 7:15pm to 8:30pm.
