Andover automotive company gets RAC approval

BP Rolls

Celebrations are being had today at an Andover garage.

BP Rolls Automotive service and MOT centre has been audited by the RAC and has been added to their list of approved garages.

Since its launch in May last year, BP Rolls Automotive has gone from strength to strength.  Following major investment into their workshop equipment including the ADAS Calibration Unit (one of the first in the county) and the new CitNow video technology, the team are pleased to have been given this recognition by the RAC on account of their quality of workmanship and outstanding customer service.

General Manager Nathaniel Roach says, “We had to undergo a thorough audit of our processes, pricing and customer service in order to make sure that we met the high standards set out by RAC.

“We have gone to great lengths to make sure that we are the best that we can be including investment in both new technology and our staff, and this approval recognises that. The RAC has a fantastic reputation and we hope that our partnership with them will give customers reassurance of the quality service we provide.”

BP Rolls Automotive provide a wide range of vehicle services including servicing, MOT testing (up to class 7), engine diagnostics, tyres and wheel alignment, exhausts, clutches, brakes and batteries.

As part of the larger BP Rolls Group, they have over 50 years in the motor trade behind them, with a well-established accident repair centre and commercial vehicle division, making them the most comprehensive privately owned vehicle service centres in Andover.

As an RAC Approved Garage BP Rolls follow the RAC Customer Charter which has been approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. This means customers will get honest pricing and all work will be explained clearly and the costs will be transparent. Any repairs done will meet the high standard set by the RAC.
