Artisan Market returns to Andover for September!

The Andover Artisan Market returns to the High Street for the first time in 2020 on Sunday, 20 September from 10 am – 2pm.

September heralds the beginning of autumn and a rich seasonal bounty, so it couldn’t be a better time to welcome the Artisan market back.  There will be a cornucopia of stalls selling food, crafts and gifts, all with appropriate distancing and safety measures in place.  Regular visitors will notice a new layout to the market to encourage safe browsing and movement among the stalls, and stallholders will all have hand sanitisers available for use.

Favourite stalls already scheduled to return include All Things Dog, Candle Delites, The Gin Stall and Greenfield Pork.  Music in the Time Ring will be from talented local singers, Maddison Douch in the morning and Marie Ponting in the afternoon.

Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, Councillor Phil North said: “I’m delighted to see the return of the popular Artisan Market to Andover.  September usually has the perfect mellow weather to suit a stroll along the High Street, so make the most of all the wonderful products on offer and please support our local traders and stallholders.”

The Andover Artisan Market is due to be held on the third Sunday of each month until the end of the year.
