The Army Flying Museum is inviting individuals and community groups to create their own pieces of poetry inspired by the museums stories of courage, bravery and comradeship to be displayed as part of our remembrance art installation in November entitled magnificent mini medals.

All submitted poetry pieces will also be published in an collection of works for people to view on our website and in print in a collection of community works.
‘This is a great way of marking an important time of year especially this year as we marked the 75th anniversary of VE Day and VJ Day and the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Britain’ .
We want people to get inspired by our stories of courage, bravery and comradeship to mark remembrance by creating their own pieces of work. Deadline for submissions is the 1st November 2020.
