Birdworld is an hours drive away from us here in Andover.
Visit Birdworld this Easter Holiday in a quest to track down the dinosaurs who are roaming throughout the park. Learn how our birds have descended from these ancient reptiles and take part in the themed dinosaur Easter egg hunt which will take you on an adventure to explore the different sections of the park.
Running between 10am and 5pm everyday of the Easter Holidays, entries at all levels will be placed into a draw for the chance to win some great prizes.
Birdworld offer a daily list of events to enjoy during your visit. One event that everyone must see whilst visiting Birdworld, is the penguin feeding. Penguin feeding happens twice a day every day – once with the Humboldt’s penguins and once with the African penguins.
We also enjoyed feeding some of the birds with the mealworms that we brought from the shop entrance.
It’s not only birds at Birdworld, you can also enjoy some animal Encounters at Jenny Wren Farm and visit the underwater World, to find a range of fish and some crocodiles !!
We spent a good few enjoyable hours here today, despite it being a wet day.
