Firefighters spent several hours tackling a field fire near Enham Alamein on Thursday evening after flames spread across several fields.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service was called to the incident near Hungerford Lane, just outside Enham Alamein, at around 5.30pm on Thursday, 13 August.
On arrival, crews discovered straw and shrubs well alight, with the fire beginning to spread into three further fields.
Firefighters worked to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading further, using beaters and hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
The incident continued throughout the evening, with the fire service confirming that the stop message was issued at around 9.30pm, approximately four hours after crews were first called.
Local farmers also played an important role in supporting the emergency response.
Farmers helped firefighters by creating fire breaks to limit the spread of the flames, as well as providing additional supplies of water during the operation.
They also provided refreshments to crews as they worked at the scene.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service thanked the farmers for their assistance during the incident.
The fire comes during the summer months when dry vegetation, crops and grassland can allow outdoor fires to spread rapidly, particularly in windy conditions.
