German supermarket giant, set to close the Andover store for 5 days to undergo a ‘refresh’ after listening to customers needs to bring a whole new look to the Weyhill road branch.
The retailer is the UK’s fifth largest supermarket, which currently has more then 900 stores in the UK is set to close from Friday November 27 at 6pm until 8am on December 3, the store will be closed to ‘make the store easier to shop in’.
A spokesperson from the Andover store told Andover Radio 95.9fm that the store is making way for a new easier layout with wider isles and new stand freezers making it easier to access your essentials .
A ‘lunch-on-the-go’ section will be placed near the entrance of the shop for those looking to grab a quick salad, sandwich or other snacks. RSPCA assured retailer, Aldi have also increased the selection of fresh meats making plain sailing for those needing to stock up. Due to the high demands, they have added a dedicated section for all your beauty buys. Breads and cakes will be moved to the other side of the store, near the checkout so the food doesn’t “get squashed under all your shopping” says they award winning store.
