Real Christmas trees to support local PTA

Christmas Tree Nordman Fir Andover

A local school is selling real Christmas trees in an effort to support their Parent Teachers Association (PTA).

Wherwell Primary School is asking people looking to buy a real Christmas tree this year to use their locally grown trees, which will help raise funds for the school.

The Nordman Fir trees are grown at Hinton Ampner near Alresford and are available to purchase until the end of this month.

Like many organisations, the PTA have suffered from not being able to hold fundraising events this year so have made the trees available to buy to help support their organisation.

Trees from 5′ to over 10′ are available to purchase and can be delivered directly to your door.  Prices start at £30 for a 5′ – 6′ tree.

Purchasing details can be found on the school’s PTA website here: www.wherwellschoolpta.co.uk.
