A suspicious vehicle spotted by Andover Police on the A303 on Tuesday and the driver was then stopped with the help of a Hampshire Road Policing unit.
The driver, a 24-year-old man from Ealing, was subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit
He has been released from custody but remains under investigation.
