The 2017 Andover Carnival raised £4,000 for the chosen charities via the procession, park, teddy stall and raffle.
Announcing it on the Andover Carnival Facebook page, the committee said “We are delighted to be able to announce that this years chosen charities, Andover Lipreaders and Breath Easy Andover, will each be receiving £2000. Thank you to all who donated on the day.”
They announced the following had been raised:
- Procession: £1,443.00
- Park: £1,302.61
- Teddy Stall; £559.98
- Ocado Raffle: £680.10
The total of £3,985.69 was then topped up by the committee to round it up to £4,000.
