Coming back – with Music for Everyone

After a delay of some twenty months, the Weyhill Electronic Organ Society is set to resume monthly concerts on Thursday 21 October 2021, when the guest performer will be Phil Brown from Derby.

Phil has played as supporting act with the late Joe Loss and his Orchestra, as well as with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra, at the Derby Assembly Rooms.  In addition to performing on multi-electronic keyboards, he is also a very accomplished pianist, having achieved various qualifications and diplomas.  He has performed in the USA and Spain as well as at festivals in Germany.

The concert is being staged at the Fairground Hall in Weyhill, commencing at 7.30 p.m., with doors opening at 7.00 p.m.  Tickets priced at £6.00 can be purchased at the door and interval refreshments are available.

Everyone who enjoys melodic, easy listening live music is urged to attend and to demonstrate that there is still a demand for the quality entertainment provided by the Club.  Public support will be very important and newcomers are most welcome.  Further information can be obtained by visiting the Club website www.weyhill-eos.co.uk or by phoning (01264) 323213.
