Two Lurcher type dogs were found by a member of the public in an emaciated condition yesterday morning in Andover (Monday 23rd April).

The dogs have been examined by Test Valley Borough Council’s vets and will continue to be monitored and are on four feeds a day until veterinary advice allows us to change their diet.
The BMI was one out of ten (lowest) that can be recorded.
