IN BRIEF: Andover School Closures

Harrow Way School Andover coronavirus

All of Andover’s schools will close from the end of lessons tomorrow (20th March 2020) until further notice.

This is part of the government’s effort to slow the spread of coronavirus.

The children of key workers and vulnerable children will still be allowed to attend schools.

Mr Serridge, headmaster of Harrow Way School yesterday said, “My thoughts are with every single member of the wonderful Class of 2020.

“I feel devastated for our Year 11s who have had their worst fears confirmed without any reassurance or answers.

“We will look after you and allay your fears as much as we can. Keep smiling!”
