A new networking event has been launched to create growth for Andover businesses.
The informal event, hosted by Matt Bungay and Ashlea Thompson from Corr Recruitment, starts this Thursday 21st November at the SP bar in the town centre.
After extensive market research, Andover is full of vibrant businesses and this event will be aimed at introducing businesses to the local market, share ideas and good practice and develop a local Professional Network.
The event is free and you can get your tickets here. It will be an informal event hosted by Matt in a relaxed atmosphere, the event starts at 4pm and finishes at 5pm.
Matt says “I am passionate about the economic growth of Andover. As a successful entrepreneur, networking has been key to establishing sustainable growth for businesses I have dealt with across the UK. I now want to replicate this in Andover for our local businesses“
Ashlea Thompson from Corr Recruitment says “: As a leading local recruiter I have developed many relationships with fantastic businesses. Networking with likeminded individuals enables you to not only grow your business but your own brand at the same time. If we all network, helping the town to fulfil its potential and, in doing so, raise aspirations and promote a sense of pride in our community which will result in achieving great things for the town.. Andover has such a diverse range of businesses and it’s time to bring them all together!“
The event is supported by David Gleave, Economic Development Officer at Test Valley Borough Council. David says “I am very happy to support Matt’s new Andover Business Professionals networking group. Any initiative which brings Andover businesses together to benefit each other and the town has to be good, especially as the inaugural event will be in one of Andover’s newest town centre businesses”
