Skydivers Soar to Success: Abel Foundation Raises £2962.83

The Abel Foundation, a prominent charitable organization dedicated to assisting individuals and families impacted by Mitochondrial Disease, extends its deepest appreciation to a group of courageous individuals who fearlessly participated in a breathtaking 13,000ft skydive on June 25th, 2023.

This daring feat was undertaken to raise vital funds for the charity’s ongoing mission to combat Mitochondrial Disease and enhance the lives of those affected by it. The skydive in totalled raised a whopping £2962.83.

The Abel Foundation would like to convey its heartfelt gratitude to Jordan Wylie MBE, the charity’s esteemed patron, for his unwavering commitment and continued support. Through his passion and dedication to the cause, he has played a pivotal role in raising awareness about Mitochondrial Disease and inspiring others to join the fight against this debilitating condition.

From the initial nerves when they signed up, to the morning of the jump and finally completing the skydive, we understand the immense difficulty and courage it took. Words cannot express our appreciation for each and every individual who participated. We feel overwhelmed with gratitude for the outpouring of love. Thank you forever.”
