Work will begin on Monday 8th January 2018 to improve Andover Bus Station and is expected to take one month, weather permitting.
The first stage will be improvements to the footway at the West Street pedestrian crossing, and at the same time, barriers and litter bins within the bus station will be installed. This will commence one bus stand at a time, beginning at bus stand J.
Once this is complete, work on Level 1A of the multi-storey car park will commence on 19th January with an expected finishing date of Friday 9th February.
There will be a site compound on West Street (in the short stay parking spaces and part of the taxi stand) for the duration of the works.
The contractor for the works is Rocon Contractors Ltd.
