Belvoir is delighted to be celebrating its 20th year in Andover and is planning a number of activities throughout the year to mark this milestone Anniversary.
Owners, Greg Greatbatch and Phil Pinkney have taken the business from strength to strength. From humble beginnings concentrating solely on property lettings, with just three staff and two desks in the back of one of the local Estate Agents offices, they swiftly secured their own small premises in Winchester Street.
In 2013, the company moved into their Bridge Street office and is now one of the largest Estate and Lettings Agents in Andover. Today, focusing on residential sales and commercial property, as well as a vast portfolio of managed rental properties, Belvoir continues to grow under the day-to-day leadership of Sales and Operations Director, Andrew Bailey.
