Andover  Town Centre BID Gains Overwhelming Support for Five More Years

Andover BID are thrilled to announce the resounding success of the recent Andover Business Improvement District ballot, securing a renewed five-year term in a new and expanded town centre area. This achievement is the result of the unwavering support from their businesses, partners and stakeholders and they couldn’t be more grateful.


The vote that has been announced today showed that there was a high percentage turnout of those entitled to vote with a resounding 79 voting yes versus 39 voting no.

Please note that the Declaration of Result, along with the CES Report of Voting, has now been published on Test Valley Borough Council website at www.testvalley.gov.uk/AndoverBIDBallot2023
