Frenches Farm Livery at Little London hosted a fun ride for horses and their owners to help raise money for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance (HIOWAA) recently.

Riders got to choose from a 3-mile and 6-mile cross country hack and all participants received a rosette upon finishing.

42 riders took part, helping to raise £1,100 for the Charity. Frenches Farm also hosted a barbeque and sold homemade cakes after the fun ride.

Anna White, owner of Frenches Farm, said “The fun ride was extremely popular and Frenches Farm will continue with this event for many years to come to raise even more funds for HIOWAA.

There were riders of all ages and abilities and we were delighted to have raised so much for the Charity. We hope to welcome even more riders next time to come and enjoy this fantastic day with us.

Community Outreach Fundraiser for HIOWAA, Erin Jordan, attended the event and said “I was delighted to be involved in the first Hack for HIOWAA at Frenches Farm. The Air Ambulance is called to many equestrian related incidents throughout the year, so it’s fantastic to have their support.

Everyone left feeling very proud of their rosette and happy to have helped raise so much for our Charity. We’re very grateful to Frenches Farm Livery for hosting such a wonderful day.
