SCAS Ambulance

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS) has announced details of its Hampshire Community Engagement Forum.

The biannual event will be on Thursday 14 June from 2.30pm to 4.30pm at The Nightingale Room, Alton Maltings, Maltings Close, Alton, GU34 1DT.

The SCAS said “SCAS is committed to involving patients, local people and foundation trust members in the development of the services it provides; one way in which the Trust does this is via the community engagement forums held twice a year in each county.

The Forum is an open invitation to anyone who wants to play a part in shaping the services (emergency and non-emergency) that SCAS provides for people living in Hampshire.”

The agenda for the meeting will include:

  • Emergency 999 operations update from Keith Boyes, Head of Operations for North Hampshire
  • Patient experience update from David Wilson, Patient Experience Manager
  • Question Time with Keith, David and Ludlow Johnson, Equality & Diversity Manager, answering any questions from those attending

The forum will conclude with a speed networking session where representatives from organisations will be given a three minute slot to talk about their service and any new initiatives.

Leaflets and other materials for distribution will also be welcome.
