A new local company has taken on the Vodafone store in Andover, with a fresh approach and big plans for the local community.
Miami Mobile LTD, who also have the Vodafone franchises in Salisbury and Winchester, officially launched the Andover store in July after being slightly derailed by the recent COVID-19 pandemic. It has created a geographical “cluster” as part of Vodafone’s partner agent programme.
Chris Hayford, the franchise owner told Andover Radio “I’m really excited for the future, we have a brilliant store here in Andover with brilliant local staff members who really know their stuff. We have increased staffing to make and the structure here to make the customers experience more enjoyable and more efficient”
“It has always been a dream of mine to own my own business and having worked in the industry for years, and partnering with Vodafone is perfect as I feel their brand values resemble my own.“
The store is very keen to get involved in the local community and have lots of exciting plans. Store manager Chris Brown says “We want to get involved with the local community and had planned Tech Fest, which was an event in the Chantry Centre to give advice and tutorials on all things tech related to everyone, but COVID then hit which has postponed that, but we will be looking to get that going again soon”
Chris Hayford added “Really exciting times and we look forward to serving the community and supporting the military as we are part of the military covenant”
The store has some very exciting offers and every Saturday throughout September they are offering a free Voxi SIM for the first 5 customer’s. All you have to do is visit the store, take your best selfie and tag @miamimobileltd and @loveandover onto Facebook.
