Week four of the school summer holidays has begun, hope your all enjoying the school summer holidays so far.
Here we have have our top suggestions of things to enjoy with the children this week.
The Chantry centre beach
The Chantry beach has everything you’ll need to have fun this summer; sand, shopping, games, competitions and prizes.
Every Monday in August, from 11am – 4pm, the upper mall in the centre will become home to a Chantry Beach bonaza with lots of fun free activities for all of the family.
Join us at the museum for a week of archaeology activtiees, trails and crafts! We will bed joined on Friday 17th August by Cotswold Archaeology, come and elarn what it is like to be a real archaeologist and have a go at some fun activities.
7-10 years old – Coyote Little Mix Dance Workshop £10 per child
A Little Mix dance inspired fitness workshop suitable for 7-10yr olds. We will be dancing to the popular tunes of Little Mix, with some fun fitness activities mixed in too.

The Makery at Andover Library
Come and create a Beano style comic book page using iPads and make characters come to life in an animated film. You can also race your favourite Beano characters with our Crumble electronics kit racer! For ages 8-13. Session duration is 2 hours. Book your place at the library or online.
Join us for 2 hours of games, races and fun. Juice and snack included. Open to all ages – Including the parents
The third of our Four Fun Fridays events welcomes creative workshops again from The Artroom and The Bus of Many Things. We have circus themed hands on workshops and street theatre from the Latin Horses. As usual we will have free facepainting and the lovely team from the Andover Vision.
Mixed Soft Play Party
This soft play party is for children up to 5 years old, you will have an hour of soft play followed by a snack and a Jiggy Wrigglers Session.
There is a maximum of 25 spaces.

The Flower Fairies Summer Garden Trail
Inspired by Cicely Mary Barker’s classic illustrations, the trail is a must visit for fairy lovers of all ages.
Just visit Sir Harold Hillier Gardens this summer to buy your special fairy finding passport. Every trail pass purchased comes with your very own pair of fairy wings!

The popular Andover Heritage Trail tour is back! Join our professional tour guides as they bring the history of Andover to life in this free immersive tour. Places are limited so must be pre-booked via The Lights Box Office: 01264 368368. All tickets must be collected from The Lights before the day of the tour

CLASSIC SPORTS CAR CLUB RACE MEETING
The Classic Sports Car Club (CSCC) returns to Thruxton in 2018. The racing is always spectacular. The cars are an eclectic mix, many with a fascinating history.
