Ocado celebrates excellence in fundraising with local award

The nomination period is now open for the Pride of Andover Awards 2018, where 18 local people with a passion for their community will be recognised for their actions across 9 awards categories.

Sponsored by many local businesses, this year’s awards categories serve to shine a light on outstanding individuals working & volunteering in and around Andover to strengthen our community.

The Pride of Andover Awards 2018 has no less than 9 awards categories open for nominations, including the Fundraiser Award sponsored by Ocado.

The Fundraiser Award exists to celebrate an individual or group who has raised funds for an individual/group or organisation.

Kim Lund, HR Manager of Ocado said of the Fundraiser Award “As one of the newest (and largest) employers in Andover, Ocado has worked hard to integrate into the community by supporting numerous local schools, groups and charities over the past 2.5 years.

“The majority of our 800 people live in and around Andover so it was important for us to be at the heart of this community initiative and we are delighted to sponsor the Fundraiser Award.
