Customers may wish to add further services to their package. For example, if vendors don’t want to show people around themselves, Belvoir could add unlimited accompanied viewings. Property owners may also benefit from professional photography.
Mr Bailey adds, “Our new low cost solution is highly flexible and affordable but it won’t suit everyone. You can still opt to have the all inclusive traditional Estate agency package and this we provide for a very competitive percentage of the selling price. It’s all about choice and what is right for your particular circumstances.”
