Venture Security appoints Helen Butler as office manager

Venture Security, based in Andover, is delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Butler as office manager.

Helen joins Venture with more than 15 years’ experience and a passion for organisation and efficiency. As office manager, she will be working at the heart of Venture’s operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, as well as supporting the senior team with key operational processes and administration. This includes recruitment and the screening/vetting of all new employees, as well as managing the company’s fleet, uniforms, equipment inventory and staff training.

Prior to joining Venture, Helen worked as office manager for a large pet insurance company, where she was responsible for facilities management, as well as office operations. She also worked as office manager for 10 years for an Ofsted Grade 1 ‘Outstanding’ Equestrian Training Provider and has a background as a learning and development trainer.

Commenting on her appointment, Helen said: “I have known the team at Venture for a while now and always liked their work ethos and culture. Joining the team has been like joining a family. Everyone is incredibly supportive and focused on working together towards a common goal.”

She added: “As office manager, you act as a conduit between the external and the internal. It is a very busy and varied role and I look forward to playing my part in supporting the ongoing expansion of the company.”

Paul Howe, Venture Security MD, said: “It’s a pleasure to have welcomed Helen to the team and she’s a great fit for the organisation and what we are aiming to achieve. As a growing company with big ambitions, we are delighted to have someone of Helen’s calibre and experience on board.”
