For over five years, local lady Sarah Gisbourne has been committed to helping parents easily find the best activities for their children.

From today, the area’s leading online editor for family and parenting has joined the team at Love Andover.

Over the next few weeks, Sarah will be creating new, exciting ways for parents to share experiences, get advice and find out activities and event information for young people in and around Andover.

On Facebook, the group is called Love Andover FamilyLife.

In 2013 Sarah started a Facebook group for just herself and friends.  Her skills and ability to help promote events and activities were quickly picked up by national company Mums in the Know (now, FamiliesOnline).

Her recent move to Love Andover is a harmonious arrangement.  Sarah says, “We have the same philosophy in promoting all that’s great in Andover and making life easier and better for people who live here“.

A mother of two girls, one 7-year old and one 11-year old, Sarah sources a wide range of activities, events and useful stories for parents,  “With so much clutter on the internet, sometimes it’s hard to know what’s happening around town, so we put the effort in to find out all the relevant info and will list them online in on easy-to-use place“.

When Andover Radio launches later this year, Sarah will be heard on-air with her regular “FamilyLife” feature.

The bubbly [we’re not allowed to say] -year old juggles being a mother with her job as an Assistant Manager at Finkley Down Farm.  She says, “I love it there, there’s always amazing stuff happening.  Activities are always changing and there’s loads on offer“.

In the next few weeks people will start to see a lot more online about FamilyLife and I am really excited have joined the team at Love Andover“.
