One of the team also took part in the 200m breaststroke and achieved a gold medal and beating his competitors by a whopping 15 seconds.

Summer Marvin and Isabella Whatley we’re in action taking part in the 200m backstroke and 200m breaststroke respectively and both bringing gold medals home.

Matvii Goncharenko who has recently joined the squad walked away with 5 medals and some new club records too, a truly impressive performance.

Scott Buchan, Head Coach said “It was an action packed two weekends with some incredible results for the team and individuals. The swimmers have improved massively and there are some areas that we can focus on at training sessions to allow us to perform even better at future events”.

The team were recently awarded a grant from Persimmon Homes Community Grant which has allowed the club to purchase new swim hats and kit for all swimmers.
