The incident was reported to have taken place at about 12.30pm on Tuesday 4 December on Smannell Road, near a pathway leading to Florence Court.
The man Police are looking to speak to has been described as follows:
- Asian
• Aged between 25 and 35
• Around 5ft 6ins tall
• Short black hair
• Wearing a black leather jacket with silver zips, black jeans and a red/brown leather shoes
Police have now issued an image of a man we would like to speak to in connection with the indecent exposure incident in Andover.
