Three men from the south Hampshire area have been charged following an incident of poaching in Quarley near Andover on Thursday 3rd October.

Lee Cooper, aged 31, of Lebanon Road, Southampton, has been charged with entering land as a trespasser at night with dogs for the purpose of taking or destroying game.

Robert Harfield, aged 34, of Ringwood Road, Bartley, has been charged with entering land as a trespasser at night with dogs for the purpose of taking or destroying game.

Walter Smith, aged 25, of Ringwood Road, Totton, has been charged with entering land as a trespasser at night with dogs for the purpose of taking or destroying game; an offence of driving on land not forming part of a road without authority and an offence of criminal damage to rape seed crops.

All three men are due to appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday 5th November.
