Winton Academy have announced Mrs Sharon Watt as Acting Principal of Winton Academy in a letter due to go out on Monday.
Mrs Watts will take over from Chris McShane who resigned last week and has over 20 years experience in Secondary School Senior Leadership and 10 years as a Principal.
The appointment is to take place with immediate effect until a replacement is found.
