Firefighters were called to a bedroom fire at a property in Upton on Sunday afternoon after a call was received shortly before 3:00pm.
A total of 13 firefighters, some using breathing apparatus, tackled the fire on the first floor of the two storey property and had it under control in just over an hour at around 4:20pm.
