BIG SCREEN EUROS: Wyke Down

Euros Andover Big Screen Wyke Down

The team at the Wyke Down pub have confirmed that an outdoor big screen will show Wednesday’s semi-final Euros match.

England v Denmark can be watched on a 17-foot screen at the Wyke Down pub. Doors open from 4pm for the 8pm kick-off.

All prevailing government enforced Covid restrictions are in place, so you must be sitting down to be served, this is within a seating area provided by the pub.

You can buy tickets for £10 online from tomorrow, but the pub are working on taking bookings over the phone now on 01264 339335.

Because ‘It’s coming home’, the screen is expected to stay for Sunday’s final.

Outdoor food will be served including hot dogs, burgers and pizzas at the pub which has access to land off the Walworth Road.

Working with Andover Radio, Jordan Daniels from the popular local pub says, “The beers will be flowing and we’ve worked really hard in a short space of time to get this done.

“Customers must make sure they adhere to the Covid rules, though.”

Rules currently state that individuals cannot book a group of more than 30 to gather outside.

The Wyke Down pub website will take limited online bookings from tomorrow morning here: BOOK FOR ENGLAND v DENMARK
